How to buy from us?
Are you new to our site and not sure how to make a purchase? No worries, it's actually very simple.
1. Creating an account is optional and no requirement to make a purchase.
But you are always welcome to register an account if you wish.
2. To make a purchase, you visit a product page and press either add to cart or buy now.
3. If you press buy now, you will shop directly at checkout, then fill in the requested information and pay with the desired payment method. (We offer visa, mastercard, AMEX and Apple pay)
If you click on add to basket, you can only visit the basket when all the items you want have been added to the basket and via the basket click check out and enter the requested information and pay.
4. All our products are delivered digitally so you as a customer can activate your product straight away.
After you have paid, you will get your code and a guide on how to activate it. An e-mail with this information will also be sent to you.
How/when do we ship the product to you?
All our products are delivered digitally. Usually they are delivered immediately, but sometimes it can take a few hours. It is not necessary to make contact before 24 hours have passed in the rare event that you have not received the item.
How do you install the product?
A guide to all the products follows.
Depending on which product you buy, you must either activate:
1. via https://setup.office.com/ (instant activation)
or
2.
activation through Microsoft's own phone/online activation (takes 2-3 minutes)
or
3. download the product and activate by following the setup
How can we sell Microsoft certified products so cheaply?
Microsoft sells its products cheaper to companies or third parties who will resell the products.
What if the activation of the product does not go through?
1. Did you follow the instructions exactly? Please review the instructions one more time.
2. Send us a screenshot of where you are in the process if the activation doesn't work.
